Morgan Reid (she/her) is the Manager of Communications & Administration with the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association (CHHA).  She supports the CHHA national team and the Accessible Navigation to Employment (ANTE) program. Through her previous work in the public sector, Morgan brings a wealth of experience in corporate communications strategy, social media strategy and development, digital marketing, project implementation, and stakeholder engagement to this role.

Morgan is passionate about accessibility and inclusive communication. She believes in the strength of community and problem solving through a person-centred lens. She knows the power that language holds and is an advocate for the widespread adoption of gender-neutral terms and plain language usage. Morgan is looking forward to using her skills and passion to serve CHHA in its vision to inspire and empower Canadians impacted by hearing loss.
