All members wishing to participate in the AGM\u00a0must<\/u><\/strong> register for this meeting no later than Tuesday, June 13, 2023, by 11:59 pm (EDT).\u00a0 Please click here<\/b><\/a>\u00a0to register.<\/p>\n

    *Each individual CHHA Member is entitled to attend and cast one vote. Members who are unable to attend the meeting may vote by means of electronic proxy. Given this is a virtual meeting, the proxy by default will be the Chair of the meeting, who will act in the manner and to the extent authorized by the proxy.<\/p>\n
