Nadine Ragheb has recently joined CHHA, National Team in Ottawa as the Manager of Programs and Services supporting Business Development initiatives and the ANTE-Accessible Navigation to Employment program.

Nadine has over 10+ years of experience in business strategy and has been the project manager, director of business operations and digital marketing for several consumer service industries and is well versed in CRM and digital e-commerce platforms.

She joins us from the non-profit sector and has led employer engagement research, DEI initiatives, recruitment and placement strategies with clients and employers to increase labour market participation of new Canadians. Nadine is multi-lingual (English, French, Arabic) and obtained her degree in Political Science and International Relations from Carleton University.
